Quiet Oasis Stay
lotus pond helpful staff
The hotel features a lovely lotus pond.. it is surrounded by palms. i found the location convenient. It was a short walk to the night market. staff arranged tours and transport, quite helpful.
i experienced weak water pressure . this made showers less refreshing than i would have liked. hot water was inconsistent, a bit inconvenient.

Balanced Stay
private transfer mekong cruise poor soundproofing noisy bar
The staff arranged a private transfer. They also organized a Mekong Sunset Cruise through the hotel. I appreciated this service. The breakfast by the lily pond was nice. It was a special way to start the day.
The room had poor sound proofing. I could hear every word from the adjacent room. There was also a noisy bar near the hotel. It created some disturbance at night.

private terrace cleaned room attentive staff
I stayed in a ground floor room. It included a private terrace. The room was cleaned everyday. Staff are attentive and helpful.
The difference in quality of the rooms IS huge, so keep that in mind.

helpful staff free bikes spotty wifi weak water pressure
the staff were helpful. they arranged well-priced trips for us. the free bikes were also great.. i used them to ride around the area.
the wifi connection was unfortunately spotty. the water pressure was also quite weak .
